Pmise HF-01 4D HIFU Lifting & Tightening Platform
4D HIFU Machine

Pmise HF-01

Two handles, seven focus depths from 1.5mm to 16mm, 12 lines per shot. The HF-01 is a 4D HIFU machine for clinics selling lifting, not downtime.

HF-01 is a 4D HIFU machine for rooms where clients want a lift without a scalpel and without a week off work. Two handles ship in the case, not one. The 4D handle covers face and body; the V-max handle reaches the shallow 1.5mm layer single-handle consoles usually can't address. A vaginal handle is an option, listed as exactly that.

About the D number: it's a naming convention, not a measurement, and every factory counts it differently. This machine is 4D. What shapes results is depth choice and lines per shot. Buyers are spas moving up into energy work, dermatology rooms that already own a laser, and distributors who'd rather stock one console than two.

HIFU sits alongside the other heat-driven tightening tools, not above them. Our technology notes compare how each modality carries its energy, and the RF-01 radio frequency machine is the bulk-heating alternative for gentler tightening over a wide area.

How it works

HIFU means High Intensity Focused Ultrasound. The handle focuses sound to a point at a fixed depth, so tissue at the focus heats hard and the skin above is spared. Laubach and colleagues showed in 2008 that focused ultrasound places precise, predictable coagulation below the epidermis without breaking the surface.

Heat is only the trigger. Collagen fibrils begin denaturing in the high 50s Celsius and denature fully near 65°C, per the 2025 narrative review by Vachiramon and colleagues, which frames the 60°C to 70°C SMAS figure in our device manuals. Tiny coagulation points form. The body reads them as injury and rebuilds; histology in that review follows those points maturing from day 14 through day 90. Our manuals put remodeling at 90 to 180 days. The tightening felt on the day is real; the result kept is the slow one.

Depth comes from the cartridge, never from turning the power up. Our engineering archive's skin anatomy training deck puts the epidermis at roughly 0.1 to 0.4mm and the dermis at roughly 0.5 to 4mm, with the subcutaneous layer below the dermis and above the fascia. 4.5mm reaches the SMAS fascia layer, 3.0mm the deep dermis, 1.5mm on the V-max handle works the superficial layers, and 6mm through 16mm is body work. Output runs 4-7MHz at 10-200W, one shot delivers 12 lines.

Applications

  • Face lifting and skin tightening across forehead, face and neck, on the 4.5mm and 3.0mm cartridges
  • Wrinkle work: deep and forehead wrinkles, eye wrinkles, crow’s feet, lip and frown lines
  • Lifting lax skin around the eyes, cheeks and chin, activating collagen where elasticity has gone
  • Body contouring on the fat and fascia layers with the 6mm to 16mm cartridges: abdomen, arms, thighs
  • Jawline and neck definition for clients weighing surgery who aren’t ready to book it
  • Vaginal tightening with the optional handle (3.0mm and 4.5mm); check local rules, energy-based intimate devices are tightly regulated in some markets

Key advantages

  • Two handles as standard, a 4D handle plus a V-max handle reaching 1.5mm, so shallow work needs no second console
  • Seven selectable focus depths from 1.5mm to 16mm, letting face and body share one machine
  • One shot outputs 12 lines, so a full face stays a sane appointment
  • Fast and slow modes switch mid-session to suit the area and the client
  • 10 inch touch screen, readable at arm’s length while your other hand is on the handle
  • 11kg gross without the base, running on AC110V or AC220V, so it travels

Frequently asked questions

Does skin type limit who I can treat?

Ultrasound doesn't chase pigment the way light does, so melanin doesn't drive your settings. That's no free pass. Screen every client against the manual's contraindications, with care over implants, fillers, active infection and keloid history. Published reviews report erythema, oedema and welts as the usual short-lived reactions, with rare burns tied to poor coupling or technique.

How many sessions, and how long does the effect hold?

Most clients run one full treatment, then reassess, not a weekly course. Book the review at three months, once remodeling has played out. Our manuals state the tightening and shaping effect can last at least 18 to 24 months from a single treatment. Baseline laxity, age and sun habits move that, so quote a range.

What are the consumables, and what does it cost to run?

Cartridges are the consumable. Each carries a finite shot count, and when it's spent you swap the cartridge, not the handle. We won't quote a per-cartridge shot figure until we've confirmed it for the exact mix you order, because a wrong number wrecks your pricing. Ask for it with your quotation.

What training, service and warranty come with it?

The HF-01 ships with an English manual and remote training, covering cartridge selection, mapping and screening rather than button-pushing. Spare parts and engineering support come direct from our Beijing factory team. Warranty runs one year, with lifetime maintenance after. Book training before the machine lands; depth selection is where new operators go wrong.

What can't the HF-01 do?

It won't remove surplus skin, and it isn't a facelift in a box. Heavy jowls and real descent belong with a surgeon, and saying so early buys you trust. It diagnoses nothing, so anything resembling a lesion goes to a clinician. The literature also lacks evidence on how prior ultrasound affects a later facelift.
